How do I know what price house I qualify for?

When we qualify you for a home, what we try to determine is how much payment you can afford. Based on your payment comfortability, we can give you a price range to start searching in. Due to the many factors that go into calculating a monthly payment, you may be able to qualify for a $100,000 house but not an $80,000 house. We will look at each house you are interested in individually and give you customized figures before you make an offer.

I wouldn’t recommend metro mortgage to anyone. We found out they were working with the sellers so they intentionally delayed the deal until the sellers were ready to close on their new place. Two different employees told me this. Then they continued to lie right up until the end. The held the repair escrow instead of the title company and that made the process longer. They didn’t get the paperwork they needed so they were scrambling around to try and get that so they could get the sellers the leftover money. They told me checks were mailed out but they were not sent out for another 3 days. The rates and fees are not a savings. Go to your local credit union if you need a loan.

Highly recommend Metro Mortgage! Matt Meyer and Katie Oviedo were so helpful throughout the entire home buying process and I was so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We had a fairly unique situation that required a little more coordination than normal, and they handled everything with the utmost patience and grace.
